• Authentication & Profile: Email address and public profile details.
• Advertising & Business Assets: Ad account configurations, spending data, campaign performance, and Business Manager (BM) structures.
• Content & Engagement: List of managed Pages, post metadata, video assets, and user interaction data (likes, comments).
• Creative Insights: Creative assets and performance metrics within the business creative management ecosystem.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

We use the permissions (including ads_management, pages_manage_posts, etc.) strictly for the following operational needs:

• To synchronize and display your ad performance and attribution reports.
• To facilitate the automated publishing and scheduling of video content to your Pages.
• To manage business assets and creative insights directly within our platform.
• To provide automated engagement tools for responding to Page interactions.

3. Data Sharing and Security

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to third parties. Data is only processed to fulfill your requests or to comply with legal obligations. We implement industry-standard AES-256 encryption to protect your API access tokens and sensitive data at rest.

4. Data Deletion and Revocation

You have full control over your data. You may request the deletion of your data from our servers at any time by:

• Removing our application through your Facebook "Settings & Privacy" > "Apps and Websites" menu.
• Submitting a formal deletion request via email to: [email protected].

Upon receiving a request, we will purge all cached Meta platform data associated with your account within 48 hours.

5. Compliance

We comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Our application only requests the minimum amount of data necessary to provide its intended features.
