How to Request Data Deletion

You have full control over your personal and business data. We provide three ways to request complete deletion of your data from our systems:

Remove App from Facebook

Go to your Facebook "Settings & Privacy" > "Apps and Websites" menu, find our application, and remove it. This will immediately revoke our access to your Meta data.

Email Request

Send a formal deletion request to our support team at:

Visit our Contact page and submit a message with the subject "Data Deletion Request".

What Happens Next

  • Upon receiving your request, we will confirm receipt within 24 hours.
  • All cached Meta platform data associated with your account will be permanently purged within 48 hours.
  • You will receive a final confirmation email once deletion is complete.
  • Some anonymized, aggregated analytics may be retained for statistical purposes, but these cannot be linked back to your identity.

What Data Is Deleted

Upon a valid deletion request, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

  • Your authentication tokens and login credentials
  • Ad account configurations and campaign data
  • Page content, post metadata, and video assets
  • Engagement data (likes, comments, interactions)
  • Creative assets and performance metrics
  • Profile information and email addresses
